Payment and delivery

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. 

• The cost and terms of delivery depend on the destination, method of payment and weight of the parcel.
• To find out the shipping cost, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page.
• Select your country, shipping and payment method and you will see the shipping cost. Transportation costs are calculated and displayed automatically by the system.

Please note that the cost of delivery may be adjusted due to the fact that carrier companies often update the cost at the present time, and we are not able to track this information on a daily basis.
The cost of delivery for hoops is calculated individually.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday - all orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are accepted for processing on Monday -Tuesday.

For your maximum convenience, we offer several payment and delivery methods that you can choose in the BASKET when placing your order.

Payment methods:
1. Payment on delivery (just fo orders with delivery address in Slovakia). In this case, you must pay for goods when they are delivered. An extra charge of EUR 1.00 is added to the delivery charge.
2. Payment by credit card
3. Payment via the international payment system PayPal (+ 4% fee to PayPal).
4. Payment via bank transfer (payment in advance).

 
When paying via bank transfer, the funds transfer itself may take one to two working days. This period is added to the delivery time, as we send the goods only after receipt of the purchase price to our bank account.
When paying on delivery, we send the goods immediately after the order.
When paying via Pay Pal or by bank card, we send the goods immediately after receipt of notification about successful funds transfer from the bank or PayPal.
You will receive a confirmation email and a you can request tracking number that you can track your package at any time. The goods will be shipped with the courier or regular post (depending on your choice and carrier capabilities). We are not responsible for any delays by the courier in the delivery of the package.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, carrier collects taxes and duties directly from recipients.
